Hello and welcome.

I am fiercely passionate about supporting women experiencing transitions in their life.

You might want to grab a tea…

I am originally from a French/English bilingual family in Quebec. I grew up in a mindful family, learning tools like meditation and visualization, and adopting a Mind-Body-Spirit approach to wellness at a very young age. Having an upbringing focused on mindful and holistic living was a great advantage, but not enough to prevent the inevitable hardships of life, and not enough to make them easy to go through. My parents divorced, I experienced bullying in school, and went through periods of low self-esteem and self-loathing. I felt different and learned how to cope and adapt in the best way I knew how.

Building rapport and trust with people…

…had always felt easy for me. I became resourceful, independent and adept at taking care of others. I spent ten years climbing the corporate ladder. I was driven, confident, willing, responsible, and capable. I thought I was on track but was oblivious to how unfulfilled I was becoming on a deeper soul level. In my late twenties my health raised a serious red flag when I was diagnosed with a stress-related auto-immune disease. Despite everything, my life choices had set me up perfectly for burnout.

In hindsight, some of my greatest strengths (my fierce independence and ability to care for others) had become some of my greatest challenges. I had my own life crisis and entered my own ´Dark Night of the Soul´.

A major transition was called for.

Choosing Mindful Transition: Taking Time to Get Real

I knew it was time to take charge. I did a self-audit, ended a long-term relationship, made lifestyle changes, and I switched careers to something that was more in alignment with my passion and values. I worked in a non-profit integrative cancer care centre yet even there, waiving the flag of wellness, I still felt burnt out. My quest for health and to reclaim myself was calling me to go deeper still.

As the years followed, I shed many layers and patterns that no longer served my higher purpose and developed much deeper authentic self-awareness, learning about the power of mindful transitions, healthy boundaries and empowered choices. Over time, I reclaimed my health and wellbeing, and rediscovered my true self.

What I know to be true for me is this: I know I am well, whole, and never broken. I know I am being authentic, and I know that I have the tools, resources and awareness to make it through every day, and continue stepping into my own magnificence, even - and especially - when times are tough. It's not always graceful or pretty... but it's real, and that's what being fully alive means to me now.

“Through my own journey, it became evident to me that my calling lies in helping other women through their own transitions too, and I set out to gain the tools and experience to be able to just that.”

— Christine Butler

Today I am healthy and following my purpose and passion.

I have a much more ´real´ relationship with my family. I am the proud mother of an amazing little human who challenges me and makes my heart grow tenfold. I am surrounded by juicy, inspiring, powerful, adventurous and soft soul-sisters. I have a healthier and more balanced approach to taking care of myself, and to caring for those I love. I find inspiration in my insatiable passion for traveling and my curiosity for discovering new people, traditions, places and cultures. Connecting with nature is how I recharge my mind, soul and body, and I make non-negotiable time and space for celebration and ritual.

There is learning in sameness and diversity alike.

I am looking forward to working with any woman who is ready to grow into the next phase of who you are becoming. Fiercely passionate about personal growth, I continue to attend various workshops based on the works of some of the greats in personal development and spirituality such as David Deida, Marianne Williamson, Deepak Chopra, Michaela Boehm. I'm also rather insatiable when it comes to gathering all manner of inspiring and juicy bits of soulful wisdom I come across, be it books, workshop, blogs and articles.
